There is always this stigma around mental health, why who knows. What I do know though is sometimes we need help taking our lives back. Depression, anxiety, ADHD, and other mental health disorders if not properly treated can result in adverse behaviors such as difficulty sleeping, unhealthy eating habits, negative coping skills and sometimes substance abuse. I’m here to help you with those problems, by treating from a holistic style we work on behavior modification, lifestyle changes, and possible medication management. My goal has always been to help those in need, and it’s been far too many who have already suffered from mental health.
